• Finnish Sauna: The sauna with temperatures ranging from about 40°C to 90°C, with a break after 30 minutes for ventilation. After that, there is another 30-minute ventilation period.
• Sauna: The classic sauna with temperatures around 90°C, promoting circulation and strengthening the immune system.
• Infrared cabin: The infrared radiation penetrates deep into the body and provides pleasant warmth from within.
• Cold water pool: A cold water pool, several waterfall showers, and the outdoor area offer the opportunity for individual cooling.

In summer, the sunbathing area offers plenty of space to play while parents enjoy extensive sunbathing on the terrace. A table tennis table and a playground round off the outdoor offerings. Moreover, the large panoramic windows provide a view of the surrounding mountains, creating the impression of being able to bathe and relax outdoors. The 25 x 10 m sports pool with a depth of 1.20 to 1.50 m is also ideal for swim training. The pleasant massage jets and a bottom bubble feature ultimately provide a sense of well-being and relaxation for the body.
